Check out before 11:00
It is not possible to check in before 15:00, unless you have a specific agreement.
Check-in and check-out for the campsite is at 12:30

The order can be cancelled without fee, until 3 weeks before your check-in date. If its less than 3 weeks before your secheduled stay, you are obligated to pay a certain percentage of the price your stay with us would cost. This is also included in our order confirmations; under section 1, which states the following rates:
Cancellation 3 to 1 week before scheduled check-in date: 25 % of the total price of your order
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before scheduled check-in date: 50 % of the total price of your order
Cancellation less than 3 days before scheduled check-in date: 100% of the total price of your order.
We aren’t always at the office, as we are often out working, because of this we aren’t as fast to respond as we wish. We hope for your understanding and as such inquires will be answered in the evening.
Sleeping bags are not allowed. Whereas linen sleeping bags are allowed.
